We are building Indias first AI-powered virtual mental health platform, providing real-time emotional analysis and professional therapist support. We are looking for a tech visionary with a passion for innovation in mental health care to join as a Co-Founder and CTO. Role Overview As the Co-Founder and CTO, you will lead the end-to-end development of MannMuktts technology stack, working hands-on to build the software from scratch. You will be responsible for shaping the technical vision, managing the development roadmap, and ensuring the successful launch of our MVP. This role will initially be equity-based, with a competitive salary post-funding. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of MannMuktt's AI-driven platform. Build and manage the tech stack, including frontend, backend, and AI integration for virtual therapy. Collaborate closely with the founding team to define product features and the technical roadmap. Drive and oversee development of new features, scalability, and data privacy/security standards. Identify and implement the latest tech trends relevant to mental health care. Requirements 4-6 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of building platforms from the ground up. Strong understanding of backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure). Proficiency in AI/ML integration, experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar is a plus. Expertise in database management, API development, and data security practices. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
