Job Description We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Lead Project Manager. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and steering critical projects that contribute to the company's growth and success. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management, business strategy, and SAAS solutions. This role requires working from our local Hyderabad office 2-3x a week. WHAT YOULL DO: Collaborate with workstream leaders and executive project sponsors to understand their needs, challenges and requirements. Understand, document, and coordinate interdependencies across workstreams. Prioritize workstream activities, ensuring that priorities and any risks/issues are constantly communicated to stakeholders. Provide oversight and drive accountability for delivery of each workstream against their goals and roadmaps. Ensure timely communication of metrics, status, and stakeholder updates, including changes in scope, risks/issues and resource constraints. Maintain a holistic, up-to-date overview of all key activities, their status, key risks, and timelines. Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, third party vendors, other PMO team members, and senior management in accomplishing project objectives. Ensure that effective PMO controls are in place to monitor workstream performance. Manage stakeholder expectations and communication flow as they relate to scope, deliverables, and responsibilities. Act as a change agent to continuously improve overall processes and programs. Support the development, maturity, and deployment of ABC project management standards, guidelines, and processes. Manage multiple, impactful projects at the same time. WHAT YOULL NEED: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 7+ years proven experience in project management within the SAAS industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
