- Job Title: Doctor - Hair Transplant Job Timings: 10am to 7pm Location: Calicut, Kerala Job Summary: The Hair and Skin Doctor is responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing conditions related to hair and skin. This includes providing medical, cosmetic, and surgical care to patients, ensuring high standards of patient care, and contributing to the clinic's overall success. The Doctor will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and personalized care. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Conduct thorough consultations and examinations to diagnose hair and skin conditions. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Perform medical, cosmetic, and surgical procedures related to hair and skin care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Clinical Procedures: Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies, excisions, and laser treatments. Conduct hair restoration procedures, including hair transplants. Administer cosmetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, chemical peels, and laser therapies. Provide post-procedure care and follow-up. Patient Education: Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care. Provide guidance on skincare routines, hair care, and lifestyle modifications. Address patient concerns and answer questions to ensure informed decision-making. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and medical assistants. Participate in case discussions and team meetings to optimize patient care. Contribute to a positive and supportive clinic environment. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes. Ensure compliance with medical documentation standards and clinic policies. Prepare reports and summaries as required by clinic management. Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on the latest advancements in dermatology and trichology. Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Participate in clinical research and contribute to medical publications if applicable. Qualifications: Medical degree (MDS, OMF) from a recognized institution. Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Hair Transplant Surgery . Strong diagnostic and clinical skills. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in dermatological and cosmetic procedures. Empathy and patient-centred approach. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and precision in clinical work. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Additional Requirements: Adherence to the highest standards of medical ethics and professionalism. Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary. Ability to handle a diverse patient population and manage a busy clinic schedule.
