- Job Details Job Title : Lead Software Developer Office Location : Office No: 403-405, Time Square, CG Road,Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad, Gujarat-380006. Duration & Type of Employment : Full Time Employement Work Style : Hybrid In Office days : 3 days a week Relocation : Candidate must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad GJ, with reasonable notice. Must Have Technical Capabilities (If Applicable) AWS Nodejs VueJS Serverless Framework / Terraform Typescript CI / CD NPM Packages Github/Gitlab Essential Job Functions & Duties Developing and deploying user interface for frontend website using Vue JS / React JS library Build and maintain serverless architectures, leveraging AWS Lambda and other relevant services, to ensure efficient and scalable solutions. Design, develop, and maintain efficient APIs. Architect client-side and server-side systems to meet project requirements. Do code reviews, design reviews, architecture discussions. Write comprehensive technical documentation for all code and applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work on cloud platforms like AWS. Should able to manage the delivery timeline of whole team's work Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Quick and Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail for complex and large-scale problems. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in backend development and cloud technologies, par Educational & Experience Preferred Educational Background : B.E. / M.E. Alternative Acceptable Educational Background : MSC IT Minimum Experience Required Minimum 3 year Exp. he/she should have lead the team in past Management & People Skills Team Leadership : Ability to lead and mentor development team of up to 5 members , fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient project delivery Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stockholders and support team. Mentorship : Willingness and capability to mentor developers, sharing knowledge and promoting professional growth within the team Client Interaction : Ability to interact with clients, understanding their requirements and providing technical insights to ensure client satisfaction Adaptability : Flexible to adapt to changing project requirements and technologies.
