Capacity assessment & planning for existing supply chain parts based on 3 years LTP Action Planning for Capacity Shortfall mitigation for ongoing & new projects Enabling capacity creation at supplier end to meet the requirements through partnering with PD, SSU, CDMM, SCM, SQE & suppliers Ensure kick-off part development with close monitoring till Capacity creation, SOP & Handover b. SSU / SCM / SQE vulnerable supplier alternatives c. New projects C/O parts capacity mapping (across Platforms cross commodities) d. Development & Execution for Transmission & Axle System outsourcing Projects. Preferred Industries Automobile Farm Sector Education Qualification Bachelors of Technology; Bachelor of Engineering; General Experience 4 to 7 yrs experience Critical Experience Identification of short-term challenges with Supply chain Capacity enhancement on current parts Quality related supplies issues (alternate sourcing / FTG corrections with current suppliers) Ensure kick-off part development with close monitoring till SOP System Generated Core Skills Analytical Thinking Communication Skills Influencing Skills Project Planning & Execution Risk Analysis Supplier Selection Pricing Price Optimization Supplier Risk Management Sourcing Strategic Sourcing Benchmarking System Generated Secondary Skills Negotiation Project Management Supplier Management,
