Job Description

• Start and stop the services
• Monitor availability of services
• Monitor resource utilization like space and memory
• Monitor availability of dependent application
• Execute any scheduled jobs (hourly / daily / End of day)
• Back up database and application folders
• Execute jobs based on shell scripts (including back up jobs)
• Day to Day application support for end-users including installation of custom applications, as described in process document. 
• Escalation of user queries to Axis Bank IT Team
• Basic maintenance and monitoring of OS and Database will be done manually without any software tool.
• Experience in PL SQL / SQL.
• Understanding of UNIX / LINUX
• Preferred from BFSI Domain.
