We are scaling globally and seeking a dynamic Head of Growth to drive transformative growth initiatives and position the company as a global leader in maritime technology. Role Overview The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving strategic growth, scaling operations, driving global partnerships, managing top line and creating sustainable competitive advantage for long-term success. This role combines a strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities in product scaling, market expansion, and investor relations. The CGO will oversee all growth-related functions, including business development, revenue optimization, product scaling, and funding strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and mission. Reporting to: CEO Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Growth & Leadership Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals. Lead initiatives to penetrate new markets, expand customer segments, and establish the company as a market leader. Collaborate with the executive team to align growth initiatives with corporate objectives. 2. Product Scaling & Innovation Lead efforts to scale the company's technology solutions globally, ensuring product-market fit and competitive differentiation. Optimize monetization strategies for product portfolios, including subscription models, enterprise licensing, and innovative pricing frameworks. Drive collaboration across product development, sales, and marketing teams to accelerate product adoption. 3. Global Expansion Drive the companys entry into strategic geographies, including Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Develop localization strategies to adapt solutions for diverse markets while ensuring compliance with regional regulations. Managing strategic partners and GTM associations across Japan, Europe, S. E. Asia, North Americas and Middle East. 4. Revenue Optimization Oversee sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize revenue generation and improve client retention. Establish and achieve ambitious growth metrics, including annual revenue targets and market share gains. 6. Team Leadership & Development Inspire and mentor cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance excellence. Build leadership pipelines by identifying and nurturing talent across the organization. 7. Market Intelligence Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Use data-driven insights to refine growth strategies and maintain competitive advantage. Key Qualifications Experience: Minimum 15-20 years in leadership roles, with a proven track record in scaling technology or SaaS product companies. Demonstrated success in driving business scale up, Operation scale up, Revenue scale up and technology scale up. Extensive experience in global market expansion and product scaling. Education: B.E/B. Tech. with MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Strategy, or related fields from global repute. Skills: Strong strategic planning and analytical capabilities. Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Expertise in scaling operations, building robust processes, and driving revenue growth. Mindset: Visionary, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented leader with a passion for innovation and maritime technology.,
