    Job Description : Job Title: Vice President, International Marketing Specialization: FIBC & Packaging Industry Location: Indore, (State Madhya Pradesh) India Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Job Summary : The Vice President of International Marketing will be responsible for driving the global marketing strategy and leading efforts to expand the companys footprint in the FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) and packaging industry across international markets. This individual will oversee all aspects of international marketing, including market research, product positioning, digital marketing, strategic partnerships, and global sales support, working closely with the executive leadership team to achieve aggressive growth targets. Key Responsibilities : Global Strategy Development Formulate and execute comprehensive international marketing strategies that align with the companys vision, goals, and market dynamics. Identify and target emerging international markets for growth, expansion, and brand recognition in the FIBC and packaging sectors. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to optimize product positioning and market penetration. Brand Management & Positioning Oversee brand development, ensuring consistency and alignment across international markets. Strengthen the companys positioning as a leader in the FIBC & packaging sector, focusing on differentiation, innovation, and value proposition. Lead efforts in ensuring the company's products and services are effectively positioned to meet the needs of international clients, leveraging both B2B and B2C marketing strategies. Market Research & Analysis Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive offerings globally. Continuously assess market needs, customer feedback, and performance metrics to refine marketing initiatives and ensure ROI. Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making and direct the companys global marketing priorities. Sales & Lead Generation Collaborate with the global sales team to support international lead generation and conversion. Implement marketing programs and campaigns designed to increase the pipeline of international leads and convert prospects into customers. Define and manage marketing budgets for international markets to achieve sales objectives. Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Oversee the implementation of global digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and online advertising campaigns. Manage the companys online presence across various international digital platforms, ensuring the effective promotion of FIBC and packaging products. Lead e-commerce initiatives and online sales strategies for international markets. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Develop and nurture key international partnerships with distributors, agents, and channel partners to strengthen market presence. Identify opportunities for joint ventures, strategic alliances, and collaborations to enhance growth in key global markets. Engage with industry associations, trade organizations, and attend global trade fairs and exhibitions to strengthen business relationships and generate new business opportunities. Team Leadership & Development Lead and manage the international marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and results within the marketing team. Work with HR to recruit, train, and develop high-performing international marketing talent. Budget & P&L Responsibility Develop and manage international marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while achieving marketing objectives. Analyze and report on marketing effectiveness, tracking key metrics, and ROI on campaigns and initiatives. Manage marketing-related expenses in line with company financial goals. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Implement CRM systems and tools to track and manage customer interactions and data across international markets. Build long-term relationships with key international customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering repeat business. Qualifications : Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in international marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in the FIBC, packaging, or related manufacturing industry. Strong background in digital marketing, product marketing, and brand strategy. Proven track record of successfully managing international marketing teams and campaigns. Experience working with global markets, with understanding of cultural nuances, regulatory requirements, and international trade practices. Skills Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Expertise in market analysis, competitor intelligence, and international business development. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and e-commerce platforms. Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, German, Mandarin) would be an advantage. Key Personal Attributes : Strategic thinker with the ability to turn vision into actionable results. Highly innovative and creative, with a passion for international markets. Ability to navigate complex global challenges and adapt strategies to different regions. Additional Information : The Vice President, International Marketing will be expected to travel internationally as required to support market expansion initiatives and customer relationships.
