Your Key Responsibilities As Senior Manager, you will: Drive Market Growth: Identify and develop new market segments and customers, ensuring a strong market presence for our Fan-Pack Business. Lead Sales Excellence: Develop and implement sales strategies, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and secure technical and commercial agreements. Build Strong Customer Relationships: Manage customer accounts, understand their needs, and deliver engineered product solutions. Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, develop, and train a skilled sales and application engineering team. Achieve Strategic Objectives: Meet sales targets, optimize margins through pricing strategies, and execute a market growth plan. Monitor Market Trends: Gather insights on competition, trends, and customer demands to refine strategies. Foster Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on goals and achieve operational excellence. Your Profile Were looking for candidates with: A degree in Mechanical Engineering and a strong technical foundation. Proven experience in sales of EC/AC Axial Fan Packs. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. High commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategy and execution. A visionary mindset with the ability to motivate and lead teams. Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
