The company specializes in global trade, focusing on Food & Agro products, including commodities and processed foods. With offices in India, UAE, Sri Lanka, Benin, and the USA, they provide seamless trade solutions, ensuring quality, traceability, and reliable delivery. Currently, they serve customers across 12+ countries, including the UAE, GCC, Africa, the UK, and Australia. Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Monitor financial trends, mitigate risks, and develop strategies to support business growth. Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for senior management. Maintain and enhance banking and financial institution relationships, negotiate terms, and oversee debt/equity capital raising. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, implement internal controls, and safeguard financial data accuracy. Provide financial analysis and problem-solving insights to align strategies with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cost management and operational efficiency. Represent the company before statutory bodies, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely submission of financial documents. Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and audit processes. Lead annual audit processes, liaising with external auditors and implementing corrective actions. Required Qualifications & Skills: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in financial planning, financial controlling, or a related role. Strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting, and cash flow management. Experience with debt/equity raising and banking relations. Expertise in Zoho Books, Tally, and Advanced Excel.
