Job Description

Manager/Manager IR & Fund Raise Preferred Industry: BFSI/Any. Experience: Fresher 0 to 3 Years Experience in financial services space either in equity research, investor relations, investment banking, internal audit or due diligence is a positive. Responsibilities To draft external communication documents like quarterly investor presentations, results releases, and senior management communication. To stay up to date with sector developments, competition performance and research on industry and competition. To Visit investor conferences along with the senior management team. To contribute to annual report and website content developments and updates with respect to investor communication. To work in collaboration of IR team engaging with institutional investors and analysts to enhance visibility and present a compelling investment rationale. To co-ordinate and extend support for investor/shareholder events AGM/shareholder meets/earnings calls/analyst day etc. To guide & support the team on other internal/departmental deliverables. To prepare legal documents and participate in discussions along with lawyers, bankers and prospective investors. Qualifications: CA. Required Skills Strong Communication skills. A keen eye for details. Excellent Analytical Skill. Excellent Interpersonal Skills. Excellent MS Office Skills. Language Proficiency: English & Hindi. (ref:iimjobs.com),
