- Job Title: Senior Executive - Public Relations Location: Bengaluru Experience: 3-4 Years Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Executive - Public Relations to drive strategic communications, media relations, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in public relations, preferably in the automotive, EV, or technology sector. This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage media interactions, craft compelling narratives, and amplify Oben Electrics presence in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic PR initiatives that elevate brand awareness, credibility, and leadership in the electric mobility space. Cultivate strong relationships with journalists, media houses, bloggers, and influencers across digital, print, and broadcast platforms to maximize positive coverage. Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership articles that effectively communicate key brand narratives. Plan and execute high-impact media events, product launches, and press conferences, ensuring seamless coordination and maximum visibility. Identify newsworthy opportunities, proactively shape positive media stories, and manage potential reputation risks with agility. Monitor media coverage, track brand sentiment, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize PR efforts and mitigate crises. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and leadership, to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Collaborate with PR agency on day-to-day basis and external partners to drive seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and media landscape shifts to identify emerging PR opportunities. Measure and report the effectiveness of PR campaigns, providing actionable insights to enhance future strategies. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. 3-4 years in public relations, preferably within a PR agency managing technology, automotive, or EV clients. Strong network with key journalists, media outlets, and influencers, with a proven track record of securing impactful national and regional media coverage. Exceptional writing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills to craft compelling narratives and media materials. Ability to identify newsworthy opportunities, shape positive media narratives, and manage reputation risks with agility. Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Passion for electric mobility, sustainability, and the future of transportation. Bonus Points: Experience working with startups or high-growth companies. In-depth knowledge of the electric two-wheeler industry. Strong media relationships in the EV, tech, and auto sectors. Proficiency in content creation, including press materials and digital storytelling. Experience in influencer collaborations and strategic partnerships.,
