Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of talented engineers in delivering cutting-edge web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in React.js, Next.js, and modern web technologies, with expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript. Hands-on experience in web development, coupled with an understanding of backend technologies like Node.js is essential. The role also requires strong team management, leadership capabilities and hands-on development skills; as well as familiarity with AWS Cloud services. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership : Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, and modern web technologies. Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices in coding, design, and performance optimization. Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and performance optimization. Collaborate with backend teams working with Node.js / GoLang to ensure seamless system integration. Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. Conduct regular 1 : 1s, performance reviews, and professional development plans. Plan resource allocation and prioritize tasks in alignment with business objectives. Project Delivery Work with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and features maintaining quality standards. Drive agile methodologies and improve team productivity through efficient workflows. Cloud Management Utilize AWS Cloud services for application hosting, monitoring, and scalability. Ensure the team leverages AWS effectively, optimizing costs and Collaboration : Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Translate technical challenges into actionable solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
