- Job Description We are looking for an exceptional Android Developer eager to deliver a best-in-class mobile application. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and designing a world-class mobile application for our platform. Your role will include implementing, and enhancing the Android mobile application, alongside a team of world-class developers, designers and software architects. You will be responsible for choosing libraries and frameworks to best meet the needs of the application. You will work with product managers and UI/UX designers to create a secure, seamless mobile experience. Responsibilities Conceptualize and formulate apps that are suitable for use on all types of Android devices. Monitor the apps technical life-cycle during each phase of development. Design, develop, and maintain high quality and general reliable Java codes. Maintain and update the design specifications and source code for new applications. Collaborate with the technical team to improve application performance features. Test the applications, identify the bugs and take measures to resolve them. Evaluate the existing applications and implement new technologies to maximize apps efficiency. Identify the variations of fragments and layouts of Android XML and create adaptive interfaces that work with various device form factors. Determine the UI/UX requirements, mockups and APIs to develop high-performing Android apps. Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Technical Skills Required Java C C++ Android SDK Kotlin Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Freshers are preferred but having 1+ years of experience in the relevant is a plus. Solid background in software development, and design patterns. Familiar with the Android SDK, java, NDK, C++. Familiar with outside data sources and APIs. Strong knowledge of Googles Android design principles and guidelines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
