- We're hiring candidates with good knowledge of Global Market and banking domain and in Stakeholder management. Must be having experience in migrating the offshore projects to onshore. Designation :Poject Manager Functional Location : Navi Mumbai / Chennai Experience : 5 to 9 Years Notice Period : Immediate Joiners or Max 45 Days Serving Notice Period Roles & Responsibilities To support project team on day to day functions. To create and handle client contracts and ensuring timely deliveries. To be aware of industry best practices, techniques and standards. To track project performance periodically to ensure both short-term and long-term goals are met. To use the right tools and techniques for easier project management To handle stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally to ensure that everyone is aligned with project goals and timelines. Should be able to identify potential risks and issues that could impact project. To provide project updates to stakeholders as per demand and requirement. Required Qualifications Excellent communication skills Proficient at managing time Detail-oriented Ability to draw up detailed project plans and schedules Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Capable of managing crises as and when they arise Preferred Skills Proven experience of three to five years in managing projects, banking experience will be added advantage. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Knowledge of project management frameworks and best practices Skills: project manager,functional project manager,,day to day functions,migrating projects,onshore to ofshore projects,
