- Skills: Patient care, Patient history taking, Clinical examination, Diagnosis and treatment planning, Basic life support (BLS), Electronic medical records (EMR), Prescription writing, Public health awareness, Job Summary The MBBS Cosmetology Doctor will provide expert medical and cosmetic services to clients at the wellness center, focusing on non-surgical aesthetic treatments. This role requires a licensed medical professional with specialized training or experience in cosmetology, who is dedicated to enhancing client confidence and wellness through personalized aesthetic services. Key Responsibilities Client Consultation and Assessment: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, assess medical history, and explain available cosmetic procedures. Recommend suitable treatments based on individual needs, ensuring alignment with the center's wellness philosophy. Cosmetic and Aesthetic Treatments: Perform a variety of non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and other skin rejuvenation therapies. Ensure all procedures are conducted safely, following medical protocols and regulatory standards. Monitor and manage post-treatment care and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and treatment effectiveness. Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, ensuring a sterile environment and appropriate handling of medical equipment. Stay informed of the latest regulations and best practices in cosmetic medicine, ensuring compliance at all times. Patient Education and Counseling: Provide clients with detailed information on post-treatment care and any necessary lifestyle recommendations to maximize results. Address any client concerns, offering guidance on maintaining and enhancing their wellness and appearance. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, confidential medical records of all consultations, treatments, and follow-up notes. Ensure timely updates and documentation in the centers electronic health records system. Continuous Learning and Development: Stay current with advancements in cosmetology and aesthetic medicine, including new techniques, products, and equipment. Participate in ongoing training and certifications as needed to enhance skills and provide the highest level of care. Qualifications MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution. Certification or specialized training in cosmetology/aesthetic medicine is preferred. Valid medical license to practice in Chennai & Telangana 1+ years of experience in cosmetology, dermatology, or aesthetic medicine. Skills Patient Care & Consultation Strong ability to communicate effectively, ensuring clients feel informed, comfortable, and respected. Technical Proficiency Skilled in performing various cosmetic procedures safely and effectively. Detail-Oriented Ensures precision in treatment application and documentation.
