- Job Title: ICU Specialist Doctor (Medical Documentation & Claims Processing) Location: [11th floor, Sovereign Corporate Tower, Sec.136, Noida Expressway, Noida, Uttar Pradesh- 201304] Employment Type: Full-Time | Rotational & Night Shifts Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced ICU Specialist Doctor with a strong background in critical care and medical documentation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing both clinical and non-clinical responsibilities, including patient documentation, claims processing, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Candidates must be open to working in rotational and night shifts. Key Responsibilities: Patient Documentation: Maintain accurate medical history, progress notes, and clinical records in line with healthcare standards. Claims Processing: Manage preauthorization, reimbursement claims, and validate medical documentation for insurance purposes. Clinical Collaboration: Work closely with consultant surgeons and physicians to optimize patient treatment plans. Diagnostic Insights: Analyse diagnostic tests, lab results, and imaging reports to aid in decision-making. Real-Time Support: Provide bedside teams with critical care expertise for optimal patient outcomes. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on evolving medical guidelines, insurance policies, and healthcare regulations. Medical Coding Expertise: Experience with ICD-10 or ICD-11 coding and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) processes is a plus. Qualifications & Skills: Education: MBBS, MD, or equivalent qualification in Internal Medicine, Anesthesia, or Critical Care, BAMS/BUMS Experience: Minimum 0-1 year of ICU experience, with a strong understanding of medical documentation and claims processing. Skills: Proficiency in clinical documentation software. Knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10/ICD-11). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with TPA processes and insurance claims.
