- Job Title: Siddha Doctor Location: Sriperumbudur Shift: Full-time (8 hours/day) Experience: 2-4 years Qualification: BSMS (Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery) or MD (Siddha) Company: Magnolia Community Health Department: Occupational Health Services Job Overview: Magnolia Community Health is integrating Siddha Medicine into its Occupational Health Services to enhance the overall well-being of employees. We are looking for a qualified and passionate Siddha Doctor to join our healthcare team and provide holistic treatments aimed at improving stress management, wellness, and general employee health. In this role, you will contribute to a modern healthcare environment while promoting traditional healing practices within the workplace. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and Treat: Provide comprehensive Siddha diagnoses and prescribe suitable treatments to employees. Consultations: Offer consultations for employees on stress management, wellness strategies, and traditional healing methods. Promote Holistic Health: Advocate for and integrate holistic health practices in the workplace to enhance physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Health Awareness: Contribute to the development and dissemination of health awareness initiatives and publications within the organization. Employee Engagement: Create and lead initiatives aimed at improving employee health through Siddha remedies, lifestyle changes, and wellness programs. Qualifications and Experience: Education: A recognized degree in BSMS (Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery) or MD (Siddha). Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Siddha Medicine practice, preferably in an occupational or wellness-based setting. Skills: Strong understanding of Siddha treatment principles, holistic health practices, and wellness management. Ability to communicate effectively with employees and create a positive health impact. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. Desired Skills and Competencies: In-depth knowledge of traditional Siddha medicine and its application in modern healthcare settings. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Experience in delivering health consultations, workshops, or wellness sessions.
