- Company Description Aquent Advance Material Technologies Pvt Ltd (www.AADIBOND.com) is a Functional Polymer manufacturer with state of art technology for making grafted polymers. We are developing new range of Functional polymers and currently catering to global demands in Europe, USA, Latin America, South east Asia, Middle east, Turkey etc. our current product applications are in EP compounding, Wire and cable, Tie layers, Packaging, Sustainability and Biopolymers. We are looking ahead to innovative and technically strong R&D Head with technical and application background. Role Description Head Technical , R&D personal would be responsible for Research, Development of Functional Polymers, Product and applications developments, Leading R&D and QA team for product quality assurance and control. Certification applications like REACH, BIS, RoSH, FDA, ISO, Polymer Characterization, Re-Engineering and developments. Knowledge of Reactive extrusion is important. Strong knowledge of Polyolefins and elastomers is a must. He would be leading team of R&D and QA. Qualifications PhD / MSc - Polymer Chemistry, or MTech Polymer Science. Experience of Reactive extrusion and reactivity of polyolefin is a required. Knowledge of polymer characterizations, FTIR, DSC, NMR , GC and its interpretation is a must. Strong analytical and product design knowledge. Application development for functional polymers in Engineering plastics, HFFR, Packaging is desired. Ready to travel to customers for application developments and trials. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must have worked at R&D Head level for at least 5 years at managerial role. application from international personals willing to work in India is welcomed. Must be a team player and strong innovative and analytical skills. Age Max 30-50 max.,
