Job Description

    Position Name: Head - Organizational Development Reporting to: Director Location: Bangalore Travel: 20% (approximately) Essential Responsibilities:_ Description of the opportunity and position_ Grow the business in the Training & OD Consulting Ensure smooth running of the training business Ensure annual targets of training days and revenue are met Keeping track of business development activities Account Management, negotiations and Client relationship management. Develop new account Explore new business avenues Oversee office administration Team performance management Employee development activities New product development & research Consistent delivery of training modules. Attend client meetings as required Support/ suggest the internal team to create successful branding for the product-line Write relevant subject matter blogs propagating our new process/concept. Develop a partner network Desired Qualifications and Certifications MBA in HR or PG in any field of Humanities An entrepreneurial mindset with a business focus and an attitude to help others succeed. Presentation and training delivery competence. Must have delivered soft skill training programs to Corporates at Middle and Senior Management levels. A minimum of ten years, with a total experience of not less than 20 years. Essential Competencies Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Strategic Thinking Leading a team Creative/Thinking outside the Box Attention to detail Conflict Management Big picture thinking Result Oriented Desired Previous Exposure / Experience Should have a minimum of fifteen years of experience. A dynamic all-rounder who has a proven track record in training and business development. Should have carried out learning transformation initiatives through thought leadership, strategy design and execution for People and Organization development Designing, creating and conducting high-end Leadership and various behavioural skills programs Worked closely with corporate executives and senior management to Visualize strategies effectively to create new clients continuously and evolve newer business Trainer resource management for the requirement/s received and act as a bridge between the client and trainer to fulfil the client's need Self / Handholding experience to produce creative product promos, proposals, participant workbooks etc. Identify, select and develop a partner network About Us: Stimulus Consulting (P) Ltd is a Training and Consulting organization, headquartered in Bangalore.
