Job Description

Candidate with CA Qualification should have good Fund Accounting knowledge

Fund Accounting Hedge Fund/Private Equity/Public Fund

DO: (Job Description)

• Assist in resolving breaks and in preparation of cash projection or wires system.
• Calculate fees and prepare NAV pack.
• Process capital call and distribution.
• Prepare and issue partners capital statements (PCAP).
• Preparation of Financial statements (FS TB, SOEC, BS, P&L etc) as per US GAAP/IFRS.
• Handling audit/Investors queries in timely manner.
• Prepare ad hoc/customized report for fund and investors.
• Provide training to new joiners.
• Fair understanding of Equity, FNO, Fixed Income, Money Market etc. products.
• Knowledge of Advent Geneva will be added advantage.

Display (Desired Skills)

• Good Financial and financial reporting knowledge.
• Sound analytical skills
• Fair understanding of legal documents and its interpretation.
• Sound accounting knowledge.
• Good communication skills, client orientation.
• Proficient in Microsoft excel, word and power point. 

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday with Friday & Saturday - weekly off.

Salary Offered: Up to Rs.20 LPA depending on experience, skills & interview.
