We are looking for Assistant Manager - MEP Contracts who would take care of all MEP packages for residential or commercial projects. We are looking for candidates who are extremely good in negotiation skills, is apt at creating a strong pool of vendors and have worked on large scale projects. If you feel you have the ability to challenge yourself and want to be ahead of the League then welcome to the world of OUTDOERs Responsibilities: Shortlisting / Evaluation of MEP contractors. Floating of Tenders. Checking of MEP BOQs as per work requirement. Developing new Contractors. Arrange Negotiation meeting. Preparing Comparative statements for Quotes. Arranging of Kick off meetings. MEP knowledge for resolving issues of Contractors at site. Well versed with MS office Excel / Word / Power Point. Qualifications: B.E. Mechanical, excellent communication skills, good understanding of architectural drawings, rate analysis and budgets. Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience of handling MEP contracts in residential or commercial projects. Should have handled contracts in large scale projects. Should have handled complete project life cycle along with project handover. Personality Dimensions: Result Oriented Innovative Integrity High on energy Ability to think out of the box.
