Job Title: Non-Traditional Channel Assistant Manager Beverages Job Overview: We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Non-Traditional Channel Assistant Manager to drive the growth of our beverage products across non-traditional channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating new business opportunities, leveraging alternative sales channels, and growing brand presence in unconventional spaces, such as non-traditional retail environments. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Identify and target new non-traditional sales channels for beverage distribution. Develop strategic partnerships with convenience stores, and other alternative retail channels. Sales Development and Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in non-traditional retail segments. Negotiate and close sales agreements with new and existing accounts. Work closely with marketing teams to tailor product offerings, campaigns, and promotions to suit specific non-traditional channels. Brand Building and Visibility: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Logistics, and Supply Chain) to increase brand visibility in non-traditional spaces. Develop innovative promotional strategies to raise brand awareness and consumer engagement. Create and execute plans for product placement and in-channel activations to drive consumer trials and repeat purchases. Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions across non-traditional channels. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to present to senior management. Adjust strategies based on insights to maximize growth and profitability. New Product Launches: Support the launch of new products in non-traditional channels by coordinating promotional activities, sampling programs, and events. Develop customized launch strategies to introduce products successfully within these channels. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in sales, channel management, or business development, preferably within the beverage, FMCG, or related sectors. Proven experience working with non-traditional retail channels. Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and creatively. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.,
