Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager of Engineering with a focus on Sales and Operations. This individual will be responsible for managing the engineering team while coordinating the sales, operational, and engineering efforts to achieve company goals. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in engineering, sales operations, and process improvement, and will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and profitability of our business operations. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Operations Coordination: Support the alignment of engineering projects with sales strategies to ensure smooth execution and delivery. Provide technical guidance to the sales team on product capabilities, project feasibility, and cost estimation. Drive operational efficiency through close coordination between sales, engineering, and production teams. Customer Interaction & Support: Assist in client-facing sales meetings, providing technical expertise to support product presentations and proposals. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Collaborate with the sales team to create forecasts for project delivery, ensuring that all targets are met within the expected timelines and budgets. Provide regular reports to management on project progress, sales performance, and operational efficiencies. Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all engineering projects comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Establish and enforce quality control processes to maintain high engineering standards across all projects. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering, sales operations, or project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong background in both engineering and operations, preferably within [Air Compressor Industry]. Proven track record of successfully managing engineering teams and driving cross-functional collaboration between sales and operations. Excellent project management skills with experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
