We are looking for a senior leader to lead the Operations for Global Contingent Workforce (GCWF) Group. This is a critical global role managing the end to end operations for the Contingent Workforce Program.
- Global ownership of GCWF Operations, Business Processes and Controls.
- Develop and Implement Operations Strategy and Performance Management criteria.
- Provide leadership to Regional GCWF Operations teams, periodic review of program performance metrics and drive global consistency.
- Deliver best in Class End User Experience for Resource managers, Workers and suppliers.
- Implement methods to resolve problems, update, simplify, enhance and optimize existing processes, procedures and policies.
- Serves as the primary escalation point for interface to vendors, suppliers and external partners and drive issue resolution.
- Analyze key metrics customer satisfaction, individual performance, closure/call-time and development rates, issuing reports on performance success and case management.
- Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews and Supplier Performance reviews.
Skillsets
- MBA with 15+ years of experience
- Digital First Mindset Experience in driving process and support digitization through automation and RPA
- Experience in User Experience Design and driving customer Satisfaction
- 10+ years of hands on experience in deploying and running a VMS/MSP solution globally
- Good understanding of the in the industry best practices in Labor/talent Management and regional regulatory requirements
- Cross Functional Collaboration, Influencing Skills
- Highly Developed People Leadership skills in Global Multicultural Environment
