Employment Type: Full-time With 3 years minimum Contract Job Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: Prepare detailed working drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Develop precise architectural plans, sections, and elevations based on design specifications. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to refine technical details. Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to produce high-quality construction drawings. Review and revise drawings as per client and consultant feedback. Maintain accuracy and consistency in all technical documentation. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software. Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Experience in preparing BOQs and technical documentation (preferred).
