Job Description
- Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Administrator to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and upgrading our networks and servers, ensuring optimal performance and security. You will play a critical role in supporting our users and managing our network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade Company network. Monitor and implement necessary updates to enhance system performance and security. Set up user accounts, manage permissions, and maintain password security. Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end users promptly and efficiently. Define and enforce network policies and procedures to safeguard resources. Specify system requirements and design effective solutions tailored to our needs. Assist in network design and implementation projects. Provide network support across various operating systems. Install and configure network equipment to ensure seamless connectivity. Maintain network connectivity for all workstations and devices. Implement and manage disaster recovery and backup solutions. Evaluate and recommend security enhancements and system upgrades. Create and maintain technical support documentation for systems and applications. Requirements: Proven experience in a network administrator role with a strong track record. Hands-on experience with networking, routing, and switching technologies. Excellent knowledge of best practices for server infrastructure management, control, and monitoring. Experience with firewalls, Internet VPNs, remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. Ability to set up and configure server hardware effectively. Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
