Assist the customer support team with the provisioning of system access for both external and internal users. Develop and maintain a robust product support framework and documentation for consistency and accuracy. Regularly report and provide insights on issues raised, offering valuable feedback to the product team for continuous product improvement. Requirements 2+ years of experience in Product Support, Analyst, or a similar role. Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a plus, but not required. Strong discipline and self-motivation to resolve issues promptly. Excellent communication skills to clearly and concisely articulate issues. High attention to detail, with the ability to effectively identify issues and their root causes. Familiarity with Excel, SQL, and REST API is preferred.
