Technical Lead - HL7 V2.x @ CitiusTech

As a Technical Lead HL7 , you will be part of an agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Your key responsibilities include:

• Gathering requirements,performing technical analysis, and creating data analysis documentations, andin addition, provide support by troubleshooting issues and translating to theinterface development team
• Analyze, Organize, andevaluate Analyzing, organizing, and evaluating healthcare data gathered fromRIS/EMR systems
• Conduct gap analysis andsuggest solutions to bridge gap between data and standard specifications forhealthcare data migrations
• Work with SMEs andstakeholders in understanding the requirements and providing suggestions
• Work with high paced andchallenging environment
• Assist Devs and QAs withreviewing test cases and ensuring appropriate quality of data is sent todownstream systems

Education

• Engineering Degree - BE / BTech / BCS
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Mandatory Skills

• Should have experience in HL7,Order workflow (Radiology preferred), Mirth
• Should be comfortable workingin night shit time 6PM to 3AM IST
• Strong analytical skills, communicationskills - both written and oral

Desired Skills

• JavaScript, Requirementsgathering, preparing technical specs
• Familiarity with RIS/HIS/EMRis a plus
• Ability to query and reviewdata in SQL preferred
• Experience with MirthConnect, HL7 Interfaces, SQL Server is must whereas, JavaScript and FHIRtechnology is preferred
• Proficient in ADT, ORM, ORUmessages. Additionally, DFT and FHIR are preferred as well
