Job Description

    Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented International Business Development Manager to focus on expanding our export business and driving international growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of global markets, and the ability to generate new business by establishing and maintaining relationships with overseas clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets through various lead generation strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with overseas clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Engage in international negotiations, provide pricing and product information, and close sales deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth processing of orders and shipments. Prepare and handle export documentation, including invoices, shipping instructions, certificates of origin, and other necessary paperwork for international shipments. Work closely with logistics, finance, and other departments to streamline export processes. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in global markets. Attend international trade shows and events to increase brand visibility and develop relationships. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management on business development progress. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in international business development, preferably in export and global sales. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus. Knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and international trade regulations. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and convert leads into successful sales. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals with international clients. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and within a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing international market environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelors degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field preferred. Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
