Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Core Institute of Technology . The BDM will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our institution by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and creating strategies to enhance student enrollment, partnerships, and brand recognition. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a deep understanding of the educational sector and market trends. The BDM will work closely with internal teams to ensure the institutions offerings are effectively marketed and communicated to key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Business Growth & Strategy Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education sector. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve the institutions growth goals, including increasing student enrollment, partnerships, and revenue. Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry changes to identify new opportunities and areas for expansion. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including potential students, parents, corporate partners, and educational organizations. Attend and network at educational events, fairs, and conferences to promote the institution and its offerings. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing, admissions, and academic teams to align business development efforts with institutional goals. Coordinate and support the development of promotional materials, campaigns, and outreach strategies. Assist in the creation and execution of targeted marketing plans to attract new students and foster long-term partnerships. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on business development activities, progress towards goals, and the effectiveness of strategies. Prepare regular reports for senior management on key metrics such as student enrollment figures, lead generation, and sales pipeline. Customer Experience & Retention: Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the enrollment process by providing personalized support to prospective students and their families. Develop strategies to retain students and foster positive relationships with alumni. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A Btech or MBA is a plus. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the educational sector. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Solid understanding of the education market and trends, including digital marketing and online education. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
