Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Conduct outreach to potential clients generated from various marketing channels. Explain the services offered, specically related to genetics, whole genome, whole exome, and metagenomics. Address client grievances and work towards effective resolutions. Set up meetings with relevant stakeholders to facilitate business development. Ensure timely follow-up with leads to foster strong client relationships and drive business growth. Manage ongoing client relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related eld (BTech/BSc/MSc/MTech). 2-4 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in sales, revenue management, or inside sales. Familiarity with genomics or genetic products is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Procient in Microsoft Excel and data management. Ability to work effectively under strict timelines and pressure. Preferred Skills: Experience in client relationship management and addressing customer needs eciently. Knowledge of genetic testing services and the ability to explain complex concepts to clients.
