- Job Title: Program Management Lead Location: Indranagar, Bengaluru Job Type: On site, Night Shift (7 Pm - 4 am) About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Program Management Lead to drive operational efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize sales performance for our US sales team at Graphy Inc. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, proactive, and possess strong ownership skills to manage sales operations, performance tracking, and financial management. Key Responsibilities Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor and manage the daily performance tracker for the Sales and CSM team. Take ownership of US sales operations, ensuring smooth execution and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs). Publish daily dashboards and generate MIS reports to track team performance and business impact. Financial & Data Management Maintain a structured invoicing tool and keep detailed records of all transactions. Track and analyze tech and marketing costs, managing the P&L of the US team on a daily basis. Data & CRM Optimization Utilize CRM tools efficiently for data management, process automation, and performance tracking. Handle and manage large datasets on spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Leverage advanced Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration. Apply strong negotiation skills to drive cost efficiencies and contract agreements. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to improve operational workflows. Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate from a Tier-1 institute (preferred). Experience: 2-3 years in Program Management, Business Operations, or a similar role. Strong ownership mindset with a proactive and go-getter attitude. Strategic planning ability with a data-driven decision-making approach. Expertise in CRM tools and proficient in handling large datasets on spreadsheets. Strong knowledge of Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting. Experience in vendor management and negotiations.
