We are an engagement platform that leverages the Global IIT/IIM Alumni Ecosystems to help startups grow and scale. We create startup-corporate engagements based on business needs and leverage our global Alumni mentor pool to source, evaluate, and grow startups. We work with founders to accelerate their business, scale, engage in corporate programs, and connect with investors. We identify partners to work together to build, test, market, and grow high potential solutions Position Overview We are looking for an energetic individual, passionate about working in the startup ecosystem. In this role, the individual will manage, execute startup engagement programs with our corporate partners. This will involve managing the corporate relationship, partnering with the various corporate business units on the execution of the program, evaluating and engaging with the startups for fit, and program managing. Core Responsibilities Be the point of contact with the various corporate teams Manage the program from start to finish including but not limited to Managing to the milestones and deliverables Sourcing startups Conducting due diligence on startups based on investment and strategic fit Coordinate with startups on application steps, status required information, and logistics. Ensure the program runs smoothly, planning and executing various tasks (including program operations, budget management, structuring mentoring and knowledge sessions, stakeholder management, organizing events, ecosystem stakeholder engagement, and others as required). Ongoing evaluation of startups from the corporate programs for our investment deal flow Profile 2-5 years of relevant experience in an entrepreneur/startup organization, such as incubators, accelerators, angel fund Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively manage time, ensuring that deadlines are met and operations run effectively and efficiently Excellence in multi-tasking and team management Experience with corporate innovation programs is a plus Experience managing corporate relationships a plus Logistics Start immediately.
