    Job Title: Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Location: Gurugram Working Days : Monday to Saturday Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to oversee in-house recruitment across multiple functions. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong stakeholder management skills, a target-driven approach, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a preference for candidates from the Auto Parts, Automobile, Lubricants, Batteries, or Spare Parts Manufacturing industries. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments, ensuring timely hiring of top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and industry networks. Ensure a seamless candidate experience and efficient onboarding process. Drive recruitment metrics, meet hiring targets, and optimize the talent acquisition process. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment with business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and talent market insights. Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in Auto Parts, Automobile, Lubricants, Batteries, or Spare Parts Manufacturing industries. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving hiring goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques.,
