Experience - 0 to 1 Year

Educational background- From Dietic and Nutrition background

Location- Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, Hubli

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Role of a counsellor involves meetingpatients

Meeting patient within 24 hours of receivingrequest to contact

Sharing the essence of the Patient SupportProgram

Enrolling patient on the patient support program - followed by education and counselling on diabetes, Self diabetes management skills for whole program duration.

Sharing essential information about the disease, broad treatment guidelines andlifestyle modifications

Carefully listening to the concerns anddifficulties faced by the patient

Timely follow-up with patients to assess patient progress towards therapeutic outcomes and also to ensure that the rapportand timely communication to the respective doctor.

Taking doctor and patient consent, andproper maintenance of consent forms.

2. Value Addition to Doctors

Customizing the patient compliance program to the needs of individual doctors and ensuring timely and high-quality patient servicing, care and counseling.

Sharing patient progress with doctors.

* Candidate should have own vehicle with license.

* Female Candidate will be preferable.
