Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of technical support professionals, ensuring they provide expert-level assistance for the customers, both remotely and on-site. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while guiding team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Collaborate with the R&D, sales, and project managers teams to identify and implement effective solutions, improve product offerings, and fix bugs. Oversee the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, ensuring all relevant resources are accurate, clear, and accessible. Preparing technical documentation and conducting training sessions for customers. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Drive continuous improvement and ensuring your team is equipped with the necessary skills to address customer needs effectively. Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our client's technology and solutions to provide exceptional service and guidance to both customers and internal teams. Job requirements: Bachelors degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering or a related field. At least 12 years of experience in Integration Engineering or a similar technical role, with a strong background in system integration and troubleshooting. At least 3 years of experience in managerial role. Experience in maintaining and servicing electrical equipment, with hands-on expertise in both hardware and software aspects. Ability to read and interpret technical data, schematics, and documentation effectively, ensuring accuracy and understanding in integration processes. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills to interact with both internal teams and international clients. Positive attitude with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset; excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Strong communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with internal teams and providing effective customer support. Willingness to travel internationally as required for on-site integration support, client meetings, or project rollouts. Demonstrates strong team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and mentor team members while ensuring the team's success in project delivery. Customer-focused with a dedication to ensuring high customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality service, and professional interactions. Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements within the integration process.,
