Previous Professional Training

1-2yrs experience along with 6 months craft course(or 2-3 yrs exp in case craft course not done)

Education

Graduation from tier 2,3 institute ( otherwise 10th/12th pass)

Skills

Proficient in Knife/Equipment handling, Intermediate cooking skills

Ability

• Basic menu knowledge- basic food knowledge
• Check and record food temperature- temperature logging under supervision
• Knife handling: cutting, peeling and chopping skills
• Assist in food preparation
• Ability to prepare gravies, sauces, and do preparation for food production
• Awareness and ensure adequate separation of allergens
• Adhere to Standard operating procedure (SOP) for hygiene, portion control, preparation,

storage, PPE, discarding methods.

• Maintain a high level of quality standards
• Ensure the kitchen area is clean
• Help in receiving material from the store- take indent to store and get material accordingly
• Able to manage bulk cooking
