- Looking for a Technical Co-Founder (CTO) to Build a Disruptive Digital Platform We are building a technology-driven platform that will redefine digital interactions in a rapidly evolving industry. As we move from concept to execution, we are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical architecture, development, and scaling of this platform. Who We Need We are looking for a technology leader who will: Define and execute the technology roadmap, ensuring scalability and long-term efficiency. Build and lead the tech team, hiring and mentoring engineers to develop a high-performance system. Align business and technology strategies, working closely with the founder to translate vision into execution. Ensure platform integrity and security, implementing best practices in system architecture, data protection, and compliance. Drive innovation, staying ahead of emerging technologies and trends to optimize platform performance. This is a co-founder-level role, requiring strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and long-term commitment. Ideal Experience Full-stack development or technical leadership experience in scalable tech platforms, SaaS, or automation systems. Strong knowledge of backend architectures, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. Ability to work in a fast-paced execution environment, preferably with startup experience.
