- Job Title: Java Developer Experience: 4-7 Years Location: Bangalore, India Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Java Developer with 5-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications using modern Java technologies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on challenging projects and grow in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java 11/17/21 and related frameworks. Build, test, and deploy RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA, and DevOps, to deliver quality software solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following industry best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure continuous improvement in the development process. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Java (11, 17, or 21) with strong hands-on experience in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with Spring Boot and related technologies (Spring Security, Spring Data, etc.). Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP, and familiarity with cloud-native development. Hands-on experience in microservices architecture and RESTful API development. Experience with version control systems (like Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques for large-scale applications. Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,
