- Koita Foundation is committed to helping NGOs scale effectively and accelerating digital health adoption in India. Over the past five years, Koita Foundation has worked closely with over a dozen NGOs across the education, healthcare, and livelihood segments to help them digitally transform their operations. As part of its Digital Health initiative, Koita Foundation partners with leading academic institutions, hospitals, healthcare technology companies, and NGOs to drive digital health adoption in India. Product Manager (PM) Location : Mumbai Reporting to : CEO, KCDD-RSSDI Job / Role Description : As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving many of the strategic initiatives to advance adoption of Digital Health solutions for diabetes care in India. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with RSSDI leadership and members, internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of KCDD-RSSDI's programs and initiatives. The Product Manager will work closely with other team members and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead specific Digital Health initiatives including Consumer App/Portal, Clinic Management System Standards, Personal Health Record Standards related initiatives Create and maintain a deep understanding of stakeholder personas, and user behaviour to inform decisions, strategy and deliverables Prioritize activities based on stakeholder impact, ROI, and strategic objectives Develop and update KCDD-RSSDI brochures, flyers and other collaterals Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for the CEO, Advisory Board, RSSDI Executive Committee and other stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities Requirements: A professional with a minimum of 5+ years in product management and successfully launching and scaling digital products. Work experience in Healthcare IT, MedTech, Pharmaceutical, or Digital Health consulting and related segments will be preferred. MBA/PGDM in marketing / healthcare management / public health / pharmaceutical management or a related field will be preferred. Should be intrinsically motivated and resilient to work in development sector with a not-for-profit organisation. Experience in crafting detailed reports, presentations and stakeholder communication. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong understanding of analytics and data-driven decision-making is required.
