This unique opportunity offers a chance to contribute to product development while ensuring seamless communication and operations at the executive level by reporting to Chief Operating Officer (COO). The ideal candidate will be adept at managing diverse responsibilities, from driving product excellence to fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. Associate Product Manager Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap: Collaborate with the CFO, CTO and tech leads to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with FlintLabs goals. Research market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development. Project Management: Oversee product development life cycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to execute product initiatives. Customer Engagement: Gather and prioritize customer feedback to enhance product offerings. Organize and lead customer demos, workshops, and training sessions. Metrics & Reporting: Define KPIs and measure product performance. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on product progress and outcomes. COO Executive Office Responsibilities: Client & Partner Communications: Act as a primary point of contact for FlintLabs clients and partners, ensuring timely and professional communication. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, follow-ups, and documentation with external stakeholders. Operational Support: Assist in preparing and organizing documents for business operations, including contracts and proposals. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Event Coordination: Plan and manage events, workshops, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly. Qualifications Education: Masters degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in technical product management or a similar role. Strong understanding of software development processes and project management tools. Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication, including client-facing communication. Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle pressure and maintain confidentiality. Preferred Attributes Experience in startups or fast-paced environments. Familiarity with the tech or software industry. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
