Job Description
- About the Role: A. P&L Ownership of Liabilities Book: Work on initiatives/levers to grow liabilities book (Savings Account and Fixed Deposit book) the Digital Bank with an objective to increase conversion from target bases new and drive adoption among the new/existing consumers. Improve conversion funnel continuously by driving optimization of digital journey Identify and implement levers across channels with the help of cross-functional teams ensuring seamless journeys. Work closely with Banks product, analytics and digital marketing team for designing targeted campaigns basis customer persona and targeted digital outreach respectively. B. Product Enhancement Be the voice- of customer in shaping the new set of features/products that the bank should launch Work closely with Marketing team to create awareness and engagement campaigns and should have a strong view on customer needs Co-create new and optimise existing cross-sell and upsell user journeys with Digital Product Managers Collaborate with the Banks Campaigns, Analytics and Overall Portfolio teams to drive efforts on driving conversion funnel Key skills and background: Challenger mind-set & passion to challenge status quo to find innovative solutions to drive out of the box ideas Believer in entrepreneurial culture of strong ownership, transparency, and trust Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams Hustler, with solid understanding of consumer/ banking/ fintech products & journeys Deep knowledge of industry trends and experience in competitor research, analysis, and industry benchmarking Work Experience 10+years of relevant experience in driving P&L in senior leadership roles in Liabilities, preferably for a Bank/ Fintech MBA from Tier I/II business school Customer centric mindset and eye for detail is a must,
