Experience: 15+ years in automation (robotic welding focus) Key Responsibilities: Lead design and development of robotic welding solutions (Spot and MIG). Mentor and manage the team, ensuring strong leadership. Conduct theoretical calculations to support product design. Test products throughout the design process, troubleshooting issues. Oversee software and hardware development for industrial products. Qualifications: Extensive experience in robotic welding automation. Strong background in design and development. Proven leadership and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Experience in resistance welding and related equipment. Knowledge of industrial software/hardware development. Attributes: Proactive and results-driven. Capable of working independently.,
