Job Title: Sampling & New Product Development (NPD) Specialist Industry: Packaging (Rigid & Printed Boxes) Experience: Minimum 10 Years Last Designation: Production Manager Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 per month Location: Delhi Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced Sampling & New Product Development (NPD) Specialist with a strong background in rigid and printed boxes. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in the packaging industry, with expertise in sampling, prototyping, and developing innovative packaging solutions that align with industry trends and client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead the sampling & prototyping of rigid and printed boxes. Oversee new product development from concept to execution. Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure feasibility and efficiency. Source and evaluate new materials, techniques, and packaging trends. Ensure all packaging solutions meet quality, durability, and cost-effectiveness standards. Collaborate with clients and internal teams for customized packaging solutions. Optimize production processes for better efficiency and reduced waste. Maintain detailed documentation for all NPD projects and trials. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in rigid & printed box packaging. Proven track record in sampling & new product development. Strong technical knowledge of packaging materials, printing, and finishing techniques. Ability to handle multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery.
