You will be responsible for managing NPS (Net Promoter Score), overseeing trip operations, ensuring bus quality, and ensuring a comfortable and safe journey for passengers. Your focus will be on optimizing performance, reducing disruptions, and improving the overall passenger experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Onboard high-quality buses to maintain fleet standards and customer satisfaction. 2. Ensure buses are punctual, with minimal breakdowns, through effective coordination and maintenance. 3. Manage and maintain the end-to-end process for NPS (Net Promoter Score), focusing on customer feedback and satisfaction. 4. Oversee and ensure the maintenance and running of good-quality buses at all times. 5. Optimize route efficiency, including resource allocation and scheduling. 6. Effectively manage and monitor operator performance to ensure safety, punctuality, and compliance. 7. Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies. 8. Continuously assess and improve operational processes to enhance service delivery. Qualifications: 1. Any Bachelor's Degree. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the transportation sector or a similar operations role. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. 5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and customers.,
