Job Description

WE ARE HIRING: Assistant Manager Accounts Ruh by Ruchi Tandon is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Accounts to join our team. If you have a strong foundation in Tally accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance, this role offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end accounting on Tally, including monthly P&L and balance sheet finalization TDS & GST returns filing, compliance, and application management Managing and reconciling inventory, stock movement, and costing Operating the POS system, setting selling prices, and ensuring accurate sales tracking Coordinating with the Stores Assistant to maintain optimal stock levels Who Should Apply 3-4 years of experience handling accounts in a small to medium-sized business Strong knowledge of Tally, taxation (TDS, GST), and financial reporting Hands-on experience in inventory management and POS operations Ability to work independently and ensure financial accuracy Compensation: 4-6 LPA (based on experience and skill set) This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail business and wants to take ownership of the finance and inventory functions.
