Job Description
- PPC Department - Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager Mechanical Diploma / B. tech Forging Industries preferably. Salary range CTC 50 70 K Prepare Monthly production Plan and Circulation and monitoring for achieving the set target to meet the customer need . Overseeing and ensuring proper production control, planning & scheduling programs to meet sales forecasts and balancing the level of manpower & machine capacities Analyze and Plan production schedule for disptaches in line with the monthly business plan . Revising the current material inventories, restock levels and inventory strategies; determining the incoming material packaging requirements; supervising the efficiency & effectiveness of transportation services Coordinating production through various departments / sections and ensuring that the production targets are achieved with regards to both quantity & quality Monitoring schedule Vs actual dispatches and performing root cause analysis for variations Tracking raw material, B.O.P. items, job work items and manpower availability on daily basis Coordinating with supply chain group, stores & production team Tracking actual production & dispatches on daily basis and preparing plan to fulfill gaps Coordinating with procurement colleagues for the material required for the production plan Maintaining the minimum inventory of finished goods, WIP components & other materials like reworking components & scrapping etc. and proper utilization of shop floor space Arranging monthly reconciliation with suppliers Interacting with suppliers INVENTORY MANAGEMENT Supervision and Monitoring of Stocks in warehouse . Manage on time deliverie to OEM Custoemrs and after market dealres. Review the BOP , NON BOM ( Slow Moving and Non Moving Parts ). Manage the stock taking activity and submit the reconcillation report to Management . Review Annual budget ( Packing & Freight ) schedule expenditure . Maintain the Inventory level on all location as per Plan or Norms. Production Plan as per meet the customer schedule on time. Controlling the inventory as per norms. Familiar With SAP & MRP. Purchasing all raw material with the approved customers Formulating budgets for timely procurement of various critical components and ensuring uninterrupted supply of components to end users Interfacing with materials organization to effectively control material scheduling and planning Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person,
