- Job Title: Copywriter Experience: 2 - 4 years Location: Onsite [Gurgaon, Sector - 39] Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Jr. Copywriter to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience of 2-4 years in ad copy, advertising copywriting and will craft compelling, clear, and engaging copy across various channels to enhance our brand voice and drive customer engagement. You will collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to create content that resonates with our target audience and supports our overall marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities: Write and edit clear, persuasive, and original copy for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with brand goals and target audience needs. Conduct research to understand our audience and industry trends to inform and enhance content. Optimize copy for SEO to improve visibility and engagement on digital platforms. Proofread and revise copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and projects. Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to refine future copy and strategies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field. years of experience in copywriting or a related field. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong understanding of digital marketing and content optimization techniques. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
