Role Description The Quality Analyst (QA) is responsible for evaluating and improving the quality of sales calls made by the team. The primary goal is to ensure that calls meet the companys standards for professionalism, communication, and effectiveness in converting leads into customers. The QA will monitor and assess the calls for quality, provide actionable feedback, and contribute to improving the overall sales process. Responsibilities 1. Monitoring and Evaluating Sales Calls - Listen to recorded sales calls to assess the quality and effectiveness of communication. - Evaluate sales representatives performance on calls in key areas such as tone, language, engagement, and professionalism. - Ensure sales calls are compliant with company policies, scripts, and customer interaction guidelines. 2. Providing Feedback and Coaching: - Provide detailed feedback on calls, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement. - Offer specific examples from calls and provide actionable tips to enhance communication skills. - Deliver regular coaching sessions to sales agents to improve call handling, objection handling, and closing techniques. 3. Assessing Call Metrics and Quality Standards - Track and report on key call quality metrics such as talk time, hold time nd call outcome. - Regularly review and update call quality . - Analyze call patterns and identify recurring issues or training needs based on call quality scores. 4. Identifying Training Needs - Spot trends or recurring challenges in sales calls (e.g., common objections, miscommunication) and recommend targeted training to address them. Experience 2+ years of experience in a Quality Analyst role Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is highly desirable.,
